WORM GEAR MOTOR WITH PLANETARY GEARBOX

MOTOR :direct current with permanent magnets, in closed form without external ventilation. Class F winding. 24 Vdc power supply. max power absorbed 230 W. IP65 protection according to CEI EN 60529 standards.

GEARBOX :with die-cast aluminum casing in the first reduction stage, with worm screw and in steel, in the second reduction stage of epicycloidal type with three internal satellites. CARO bronze crown, hardness 120-160 HB. Hardened steel screw with ground thread rotating on ball bearings. Lubrication with special long-lasting oil. Sealing rings in special rubber for high temperatures.

There are 9 reduction ratios (i) available, from 33.25 to 475. Nominal torque 81 Nm. B3 or B5 version. B5/S left – B5/D right.
