In the area of 3D printers / additive manufacturing , alphacam has been working very successfully with the world market leader Stratasys for 25 years. alphacam is the only provider of the complete product portfolio in all three DA-CH countries that provides advice, sample processing, installation, training, sales of consumables, maintenance contracts and complete service under its own responsibility.
As one of the few Stratasys partners around the world, alphacam has been recognized as a Platinum Partner, the highest Stratasys partner level, for many years. We are also a member of the Stratasys Global Manufacturing Network. The extensive product portfolio is expanded by consulting, sales and customer service for the innovative metal 3D printers from Desktop Metal.
Recently, we have also been offering advice, sales and service for the inexpensive metal 3D printers from One Click Metal as well as metal 3D printing systems for series production from Tritone exclusively in DA-CH.
With the 3D printing service platforms TEILEFABRIK and fabberhouse "3D printing for everybody”, alphacam also offers the production of additively manufactured plastic components as a service. Approx. 60 FDM and PolyJet 3D printers and 3D production systems, including 26 FDM 3D printers With an installation space of 914 x 610 x 914 mm, as well as several multi-material full-color printers are available to our customers, as well as MJF 3D printers for the fast series and small series production of plastic components and metal 3D printers from Desktop Metal.
Our strengths in the CAD / CAM area are solutions for tool and mold construction, wire erosion and the machining of parts. We are also your contact when it comes to installation, implementation in existing networks / systems and the control of 3D production systems. We are a certified partner of Siemens PLM and Mecasoft.
