HEATING SYSTEMS FOR PREHEATING, TEMPERATURE MAINTENANCE AND MELTING OF BARRELS, CONTAINERS AND HOBBOCKS
Heat chambers (WK) are used in all industrial sectors with substance and material treatment by preheating, heating, melting or keeping the temperature constant.
These systems can be customized by us and are characterized by a very durable and extraordinarily effective and energy-saving design. Depending on the heating medium, these heating chambers can be used up to 300°C, electric or gas-heated special versions also from 300 to 500°C. However, the largest area of application is at temperatures of 60 – 130°C. The design is always optimized for the desired process.
The sizes can range from small heating cabinets for 1 - 2 barrels to medium-sized for 2 - 4 Euro or chemical pallets to large heated storage areas for up to 72 IBC/CP pallet spaces on up to three floors.
Options: EX protection, stainless steel design in the interior or complete stainless steel fittings, collection trays, different storage levels one above the other, roller conveyors, exhaust air systems, swing doors, sliding doors or roller shutters and lifting gates, floor-level loading, built-in shelves and much more... .
EFFECTIVE HEAT FROM VARIOUS ENERGY SOURCES
The heating takes place either with steam, thermal oil or electrical resistance heaters - but combinations of different heating systems are also possible, eg for summer and winter operation. We can also install indirect gas heaters with burners and U-tube heat exchangers for air heating.
With all types of heating, high-performance fans, together with optimized air ducts and air baffles, ensure good heat removal from the heat exchangers or from the surfaces of the electric heaters.
The turbulent air flow in the interior via large-area air injection and guided air flow is essential for the optimal and rapid heat input into the barrels and containers.
