THE QUICK HEATING OPTION FOR ALL AREAS OF APPLICATION
Will & Hahnenstein electric drum heaters and Will & Hahnenstein steam drum heaters are mobile heating devices that can handle almost any heating problem in the company or on the construction site.
AN EXAMPLE: ELECTRIC DRUM HEATER TYPE (P) IDR COMBINED WITH INTEGRATED LID AND BDR BOTTOM HEATER.
1. Insulating lidAll drum heaters can be supplied with an integrated or separate lid (TDR) to put on. Elongated holes and pump openings are possible in any size on request.
2. Switching centerThe switch box contains all switching and control devices that are wired ready for connection and are easy to operate . Thermostat and safety limiter guarantee safe operation.
3. Protective jacketThe inner sheet metal jacket of the (P)IDR, which protects the heating elements towards the keg, is painted with a special black coating for good heat dissipation.
4. InsulationThe double-walled, hinged jacket housing of the (P) IDR is effectively insulated from the outside with mineral wool and a reflective foil. The jacket, in combination with the lid and base heater, completely encloses the barrel.
5. Bottom heaterThe BDR bottom heater consists of a circular heating plate on which the barrel sits without an air gap. A thermostat and a limiter for "unattended operation according to ICE 519" are located on the stable housing, which is thermally insulated at the bottom.
6. MobilityStable castors guarantee easy handling and a long service life. The floor heater with rollers also fulfills the function of a barrel roller.
7. Barrel sizesWe heat barrels of all sizes: from 50 l, 100 l, 200 l, 220 l, 350 l, 400 l to 500 l and beyond. Even special containers, hobbocks and IBCs or containers are no problem for us!
