OUR MELTING POTS

The rapid melting of loose materials (pellets, flakes, flakes or granules), also with the addition and mixing of liquids or additives, is a preferred area of application for our melting tanks.

Based on a modular series with a filling volume of 50 to 1,000 l, we can precisely adapt the equipment to your special application and recipe:

• Heating via double jacket with thermal oil filling (externally heated or with integrated electrical heating elements)
• Heating via steam double jacket or via direct electrical resistance heating
• Inner tank and paneling materials (stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571, etc.)
• Use of different agitators (agitator shape, speed, speed control, exchangeable agitators)
• Recipe management with load cells and batch controller
• Use as a dosing container with dosing pumps and PLC control (e.g. as an extruder template)
• Designed as a transportable container on wheels or with forklift pockets
• Can also be used in EX areas Zone 0 (inside the container), Zones 1 and 2
