The "PD" metering pumps in AISI 316 stainless steel are able to solve all the dosing problems that may arise in the various industrial sectors and in particular in the dyeing textile industry. We design and build customized pumps.

The gaskets of the pump body are made of FPM and PTFE, while those of the pneumatic part are made of NBR.

The pump body is connected to the pneumatic control part by means of an intermediate separating spacer , in which a stuffing pack made of PTFE and FPM is inserted which excludes the possibility of the pumped fluid coming into contact with the engine pneumatic system. Connection connections both threaded and flanged.

Single-acting model

Supplied as standard with 1/2 "female gas threaded connections complete with:

• Check valves both in suction and in delivery

• Input filter

• Adjustment knob to obtain significant flow variations

• Magnetic sensor

Single-acting dosing pumps are available:

Displacement (cm3): 30 - 70 - 110 - 125 - 250

Double-acting model

It is supplied as standard with 3/4 "female gas inlet threaded connections, and DN 20 flange UNI PN 6 drilling on delivery complete with:

• Check valves both in suction and in delivery

• Input filter

• Double magnetic sensor.
