Finite Element Analysis

We carry out a complete Finite Elements Analysis on all our valves. The analysis are 100% in house performed with the most updated ANSYS software.

According to our internal procedures we verify the contacts between ball and seats on every new design. In case of subsea products we supply a FEA on the complete valve in order to determine the influence of external pressure on the sealings designed to avoid sea water infiltration.

On specific customer’s request we can supply a complete analysis based on the external loads to which the valve could be subjected.
