Base materials with better electrical properties are used for high-frequency printed circuit boards. They have a very low dissipation factor, a low dielectric constant and are largely independent of temperature and frequency. Materials used, eg Teflon, Teflon glass, Teflon ceramic (trademark of DuPont). When selecting the material, the dielectric constant is a crucial parameter.In order to avoid signal reflections at high frequencies, a defined wave resistance (impedance) is often required. For this purpose, the process parameters in particular must be precisely adhered to during production.As a service we offer design advice, impedance calculations and impedance measurements. A tolerance of +/- 10% is guaranteed in the impedance range, on customer request +/- 5%. To further improve signal integrity, we offer Back-Dill technology. Ask us, we will advise you.
