The printed circuit boards have to meet the high demands on the necessary thermal management. Base materials with electrically insulated metal cores such as aluminum or copper are used. These materials are available with different specific thermal conductivity.
Various construction variants are possible, one-sided construction, double-sided symmetrical construction, asymmetrically pressed with FR4 printed circuit boards, as well as various hybrid constructions.
