Needle Roller NRA_ NRB_ NRR

In some of applications due to space limitation for use of a bearing a full complement bearing arrangements where needles are retained independent of any retention system can be used. This arrangement is capable of supporting high loads with low speeds and oscillating movements.

The length and diameter of the needle is decided based on the required load. The needles are fitted directly between hardened shaft and the housing. This enables use of maximum diameter of shafts to increase its rigidity.

SNL needles rollers are manufactured with countered outside surface which decreases towards the end. This feature enables to reduce the edge loading of the needle rollers resulting from the shaft deflection due to load.

SNL rollers are available in following types:

NRB With flat end

NRA With rounded end

NRR : With Spherical ends
