Decarbonisation plant
Decarbonisation plants use weakly acidic cation exchangers, which are mainly used to treat water with high bicarbonate hardness. During decarbonation, the water's hardness and bicarbonate content are reduced, whereby the salt content of the water is typically reduced by approx. 75%
Decarbonisation is used to produce boiler and district heating water as well as process water in breweries. By removing the bicarbonate, the development of scale and corrosion is prevented, which ensures the operation of other water treatment plants.
Designed for maximum operational reliability
Our product range includes a wide selection of standard plants, all designed and manufactured in our own factories. The starting point is our modular standard system, which ensures high flexibility, high operational reliability and short delivery times.
Decarbonisation plants are available in a number of standard plant types - DCM, DCMH, DCMP - with output up to 14 m 3 /h. The plants are designed as one- or two-tank plants. Two-tank systems can be delivered frame-mounted.
CORROSION-RESISTANT FILTER CONTAINER
The filter containers are made of steel and are therefore robust against pressure fluctuations. The containers are surface-treated with the plastic PPA, a highly efficient polyethylene-based coating. The containers thus have the strength of steel combined with the strong corrosion resistance of plastic (C5-M).
RELIABLE VALVE
Our patented 5-stage valve is specially designed for SILHORKO's plant and ensures efficient and gentle treatment of the ion exchange material. It is produced in high-quality plastic and has few moving parts. This gives the valve a long service life and minimal need for maintenance.
SILICONE-FREE PIPE SYSTEM
As standard, the pipe system is supplied in PVC, which is corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant. All gaskets and O-rings are made of silicone-free materials.
USER-FRIENDLY CONTROL
Our standard PLC controls are specially designed and programmed by our own engineers for the specific task. A simple user interface makes it easy to check the setting of parameters, as well as manage operation and regeneration.
