PRECISION MACHINED COMPONENTS
Sigma’s UK factory has been manufacturing CNC machined components for over 40 years supplying pipe assemblies, end fittings, and other machined aircraft components to major OEM’s and 1st tiers. This extensive aerospace engineering experience, supported by our AS9100 approved China factory, provides a low cost, low risk solution for our customers’ global sourcing strategy.
Continuous investment in modern CAD/CAM and CNC machine tool technology ensures that either in the UK or China, Sigma can maintain the highest possible standards of quality and competitive costs.
Other in-house capabilities include universal and surface grinding, NADCAP approved FPI, MPI and x-ray non-destructive testing.
Sigma also has access to a comprehensive network of NADCAP approved suppliers for special processes including anodizing, alocrom, plating, passivation, heat treatment and vacuum brazing.
