Sigma is vastly experienced manufacturing aerospace ducts and complex pipe assemblies for both airframe and power plant markets.
We support a whole range of sizes across various materials, such as aluminium, steel, titanium, inconel and nimonics, and can develop products from concept through to high-volume production and spares.
Our pipe bending capability caters for a full range of sizes from 4mm to 76mm diameter, coupled with our ability to produce 1D bends in aluminium alloys, titanium, stainless steel and nimonics.
In addition, our extensive welding capability and range of swaging equipment in all the above materials allows us to supply many customers and their applications, including hydraulic, pneumatic and fuel pipe systems. We also manufacture an extensive range of aircraft ducting integrated into air conditioning, Environmental Control Systems (ECS), Reaction Control Systems (RCS) and engine systems.
Our extensive range of pressing capabilities, combined with the strong skillset of our team, means we can carry out all forming of the ducting details in house, providing a genuine one-stop shop for our customers.
