The specialty production lines (SPL) have been designed for the manufacturing of a wide variety of products in various sizes such as, drops, chunks, blossoms, curls, shavings and sticks. The line configuration depends on the required capacity and the product specifications.
The line is also equipped with a dosing system and additional dosing tubes for various product sizes can be requested.
The cleaning of this system is simple and quick, facilitating rapid changeovers.
The cooling tunnel construction is unique in its 'walkthrough' design and as such is perfectly accessible and quick and simple to clean. The airflow feed for cooling the product in this cooling tunnel is extremely efficient.
The liquid chocolate or compound is dosed and cooled on the dual pass-steel belt. The last cooling phase (3rd pass) in the tunnel takes place on a FDA PVC conveyor belt that transports the product from the line.
