The SGL CCM, Chip & Chunk Moulding Lines are designed for manufacturing chocolate drops and chunks. This chocolate machine comes in various configurations, depending on the required capacity.
The cooling tunnel construction for this line is likewise unique in its 'walkthrough' design and as such is perfectly accessible and quick and simple to clean. The cooling tunnel also has an extremely efficient airflow for cooling the product.
The liquid chocolate or compound is dosed and cooled on the dual pass-steel belt. The last cooling phase (3rd pass) in the tunnel takes place on a FDA PVC conveyor belt that transports the product from the line.
