CubeOS

CubeOS software ensures the integrated and automated management of systems and flows within the intelligent factory. Its scalable structure facilitates communication with production lines, palletizers, and servomechanisms, coordinating the movement of goods and production assets through AGVs and AMRs. It also manages warehouse storage and optimizes production order planning. CubeOS coordinates intralogistics flows and various automation systems, integrating both manual and automatic operations into the factory's ERP system. By supervising the entire process in real-time, CubeOS ensures full traceability of the flow, maximizing plant efficiency and safety. The modular architecture of CubeOS, based on Microservices, allows functionalities to be integrated over time, growing with the customer's needs. Key modules include SysCORE, responsible for fast communication and data exchange; CubeAPP, which manages individual automation processes; CubeCONNECT, enabling communication with all automatic systems and third-party PLC/MES systems; CubeUI, a user-friendly interface for managing complex flows; CubeVISION, which integrates vision sensors for flexible robot movement; and CubeAI, which incorporates artificial intelligence for vision processing, robot mission optimization, and predictive maintenance.
