The Pines Model 6 is built with the following standard equipment:

• Clockwise rotation
• 1xD bend capability
• Standard pressure die holder and master bar
• Clamp die holder
• Mandrel extractor
• 7 Inch color touch screen Dial-A-Bend® DAB 7 Control
• Independent clamp and pressure die close
• Standard wiper die holder

Many options are available to customize the machine. Including but not limited to:

• In-line pressure die assist
• Electric controls (swing and stationary arms)
• Mandrel lubricator
• Base extensions for increased tube over mandrel length
• Overhead tie bars
• Laser scanner or safety mat to guard the swing arm area
• Counter clockwise rotation
• Long arms

• Steel pipe, schedule 80 – 6” NPS (6.625OD x .432wall)
• Square tubing, mild steel – 6” Square x .250 Wall
