Bigbag Filling Units are systems that allow powder fluids to be packaged and shipped in the maximum possible amount. The raw materials filled in the bigbag are: granulated sugar, flour, gypsum, cement, calcite, corn, PVC, etc. Big-bag sacks are produced with a capacity of 500 kg to 2000 kg of raw material. Both the body and the hanger straps of bigbag sacks are manufactured accordingly. Thus, the maximum amount of raw material or product that can be packaged at once is packaged. Bigbag filling unit can be produced with manual control as well as with weighing control (loadcell, load cell). It is important to evacuate the rotten air in the bigbag for dusting micronized materials (calcite, flour, starch, coal dust, lime, cement, bentonite). Thus, dusting does not occur during filling. In this case, a conveyor that transfers the full bigbag to the loading area is added to the system. After the bigbag, whose filling process is completed, is lowered onto the band, it proceeds automatically.
