Mechrail trolleys

Mechrail™ load-carrying trolleys have a high-strength aluminium frame and are equipped with extremely low-friction plastic wheels with premium-quality bearings. The range offers a wide selection of different types of trolleys for different applications.

“Anti-kick” function

One of the reasons for the very small forces that are required to move loads with the Mechrail™ crane system can be found in the trolley design. The robust supporting wheels and bearings are designed for many years of intensive service. The “anti-kick” function with six wheels means that the trolley can also absorb upward forces while ensuring completely smooth, stable operation.

Inverted trolleys for telescopic cranes

The ability of the trolleys to support upward forces enables telescoping systems, which in certain scenarios can greatly simplify handling. In telescoping bridge cranes, a combination of trolleys is used – both standard trolleys and “inverted” trolleys, which have their largest load capacity directed upwards.

Nose wheel trolleys for curved tracks

In systems with curves, trolleys with nose wheels are used for smooth, stable operation.
