Now an in-house manufacturing capability, laser tube cutting offers us the flexibility to reduce overall lead time and costs for our customers that require cut tubes. Utilizing a BLM 4KW fiber laser, our new LT7 laser tube cutter provides us with the ability to cut a broad range of materials such as:
The LT7 laser cutter offers 3-dimensional cutting for angles and beveling as well as the ability to engrave on flat or diameter material. Both production and efficiency are maximized with automatic changeover to the next batch. As one batch finishes, the equipment automatically adapts to the new section to be cut, all while never interrupting the production cycle. This automatic process translates to cost savings and shorter lead times for our customers.
