LMS E series

The LMS E series was specially developed for applications where high dynamics, freedom from maintenance and robust mechatronics are required in combination with large customer masses. Stroke lengths of more than 2 m can also be implemented. Available in economy and high-precision versions, the LMS E series guarantees the highest quality of movement for medium loads of up to approx. 30 kg or 100 kg, at the price level of conventional drive solutions.

The base axis, as well as the optimized cross member axis, ensure high inherent rigidity. The crossbeam axle can be fully supported or cantilevered. The standardized leveling elements enable simple and safe alignment of the linear motor systems on unmachined machine frames. This means that cost-intensive machining over longer lengths can be avoided. Both versions can be combined as a single axis or in combination with the standardized connecting elements to form multi-axis systems ex works.

Due to the robust but also precise feedback or length measuring systems, the LMS E series can be used in almost all branches of industry. The systems of the LMS E series meet the requirements of the currently applicable Machinery Directive.

POSSIBLE COMBINATION

A special feature of the LMS E series is the diverse combinability of the individual linear motor axis variants. Both the surface-mountable, horizontal axles and the rigidity-optimized cross member axle can be supported or cantilevered as individual axles. This means that numerous single and multi-axis solutions such as cross tables or portal configurations can be implemented.
