JKF has a large and broad filter program in bag and cartridge filters
Our program can meet the need for extraction from a single machine with a portable vacuum cleaner to traditional modular filter solutions and advanced filter solutions with round, welded filters and SuperBlower filters.
A filter basically consists of an inlet part, a filter part, a cleaning system and an outlet part.
JKF's filters are particularly effective in a wide range of industries where dry dust occurs during production, and are intended to:
- remove unwanted contamination such as particles, dust, smell, smoke or gases from process and/or work zones before they spread.
- create a balance between the blown in and the extracted volume flow.
Separation of particles by filtration depends primarily on physical and mechanical influences. For all the cleaning methods, the separation efficiency depends on the particle size, where the degree of separation for the systems increases with increasing particle size.
In terms of health, the smallest particles are by far the most dangerous, as they can be carried down the respiratory tract via the inhaled air.
