Brushless Drives-DGFox 60 Evo
DGFoxEVO™ (DX™) are full digital sinusoidal bidirectional servodrive, power supplied by 60VDC, suitable to drive both low voltage rotary AC brushless servomotors, linear, tubolar and DC permantent magnet servomotors with rated current up to 13A.
Structure: Designed in ultra-compact format (138x84x31) with high technological content at competitive cost.
Feedbacks: through Hall signals, Armature with Hall, Incremental Encoder 5V LD, push/pull, open collector, with Hall and Absolute encoder SSI.
Standard version (ST): Adjustable acceleration and deceleration ramp, torque control,DriveOk enabling with open collector transistor, zero offset adjustment, maximum speed precision adjustment, proportional gain adjustment, enabling input with positive or negative logic. Analog Speed reference signal 12bit +/-10V, pulse/Dir, CW/CCW.
CanOpen ModBus version (CM): Standard version functionalities of ST and in addiction the CanOpen DS402 and ModBus RTU fieldbus.
EtherCat version (EC): Standard version functionalities of ST and in addiction the EtherCat Coe (Can Over Ethercat) fieldbus.
ProfiNet version (PN): Standard version functionalities of ST and in addiction the ProfiNet RT fieldbus.
Firmware functions: Settable to be controlled in Velocity mode, Torque mode, Torque limit mode, Electric Gearbox and Positioner according to the version installed. Low-pass filter and Notch Filter integrated.
Settings: Through Caliper, a PC-software interface that allows to set, regulate, save and load all parameters. Caliper has several tools to increase performance and regulation of the motor such as a tool to detect and minimize the motor Cogging, a 4 channel Oscilloscope, a automatic phasing system of the encoder. Phisical connection to PC through USB.
Applications: Suited to drive motors of from 30 - 60V, these drives are applied in all sectors of automation that require: high response speed, extreme positioning precision, and high torque at low speed at no expense to quality or reliability.
