Valve gate nozzles guarantee consistent sprue quality

The GÜNTHER portfolio includes a large number of valve gate nozzles and needle actuation options. This enables a technically and cost-wise perfect adaptation to a wide variety of hot runner applications and mold concepts. Smallest as well as large shot volumes and gate cross-sections of 0.8 to 4.0 mm (in the standard) can be reliably implemented with valve gate technology. Depending on the application, up to 50% filled plastics can be processed.s
