Safe processing of thermally sensitive plastics requires consistently homogeneous temperature control and optimal melt flow. This is only possible if all melt-carrying components are heated and excellently insulated.
In order to be able to use our system nozzles for open hot runner systems as individual nozzles, we have developed two types of heated holders for hot runner diameters of 4 to 12 millimeters. For the secure connection of machine nozzles and distributors, we have four perfectly fitting connection pieces in our range.
