Depending on the desired application, different variants of hot runner manifolds are available for GÜNTHER valve gate systems. The current range of distributors includes distributors, cross and star distributors as well as H and T distributors. Thanks to the variable positioning of the needle shut-off nozzles, the gauge can be freely selected and thus enables the molds to be designed individually. The needle actuation - for single and multiple needle drives - is positioned behind the distributor block in the tool.
Homogeneous temperature control thanks to externalheating All melt-carrying components are externally heated, which ensures optimal melt flow with the lowest possible pressure loss. Pressed-in heaters guarantee optimum heat transfer to the hot runner manifold. The result is a homogeneous temperature distribution.
Protected power connections – easy maintenanceThe power connections are protected against damage by means of steel and ceramic sleeves. The mechanical cleaning of the distribution channels is quick and easy. Cleaning in a fluidized bed bath or oven is also possible.
