THE SYSTEM

The complete range of Pen-Tec Metal Detectors offers specific solutions for different applications; from the process to the in-line use on products packaged in the various packaging. Our systems are designed to work in different production sectors, from food to pharmaceutical, from cosmetics to chemicals.
PEN-TEC Metal Detectors are characterized by digital signal management and processing, DSP processing filters and high immunity to environmental interference.

THE FEATURES 
The Metal Detector units with transport system are configured to be able to detect metal pollutants in packaged products (flow-packs, trays, cartons) and in bulk, and models with rubber belt or modular chain are available. 
The configuration is completed with reject devices such as cylinder ejectors, air jets, traps and flaps, in relation to the characteristics of the product and packaging. These can be associated with tanks, accumulation benches and collection rollers for polluted products. All kits available for compliance with the requirements of the certification bodies.
