Combined Metal Detector and Checkweigher

THE SYSTEM

Combined Control and Inspection PEN-TEC composed of Checkweigher + Metal Detector.
The solution proposed by PEN-TEC consists of two units combined together, one following the other, with extremely small dimensions and complete with differentiated non-conforming product waste devices. The result: a complete, extremely efficient and easy to manage instrument thanks to a single operator interface, created with a 12? in colour, easily manageable by the line staff.

CHARACTERISTICS 
The Metal Detector unit is designed to work in multi-frequency: this allows optimizing its use in the presence of products with non-homogeneous physical characteristics and with light metallized wrappers, increasing production flexibility for users. The high immunity to environmental interference makes it possible to obtain great sensitivity and above all high operating stability, guaranteeing effective control in the various industrial sectors, in particular the food sector.
The PEN-TEC dynamic weighing unit installed on board is based on a careful combination of components which favor its application at high technological levels and with high quality standards.
