Plastic lamella conveyors
General description
This conveyor is very easy to clean thanks to the open construction. It is designed to avoid dirt pockets as much as possible. It is made of stainless steel and can be washed often with high pressure.
Can be equipped with a large selection of belt types. It is very easy to change tires completely or partially.
The belt can be provided with different types of carriers. It is quiet with non-slip operation and can handle heavy loads.
Maintenance-free transmission with worm gear but also available with drum motor. Can be manufactured in straight or angled design and with curved bands. A very suitable conveyor for food with high cleaning requirements.
Construction and function
The frame consists of two sheet metal sides that are screwed together using shaft spacers.
The belt runs on homogeneous sliding strips in HD 2000 which are mounted on the shoulder distances.
On the return side, the belt runs on sliding shoes or wheels.
Drive is done with the help of a directly mounted worm gear motor.

Plastic lamella chain of Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) or Acetal (POM). Approved according to the EU, FDA and USDA, with different types of belt surface, tight openings etc. and carriers in many designs. For temperatures from -40 to + 100 °. Bands in special designs ex. Antistatic, detectable, high temperature, flame resistant etc.
Worm gear motor 0.12 - 0.55 kW 230/400 Volt 50Hz
Band speed. fixed positions 3-30m / min, alternatively stepless speed with frequency control
Loads and capacity
Max 100kg / m and 200kg total load. Designs with significantly higher capacity are available, judged by application.
Noise level
The equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level does not exceed 70 dB (A).
