A stable carrier for general applications
General description
A stable conveyor for light to heavy loads with quiet and slip-free operation.
Can be equipped with a large selection of belt types of PE, PP, POM and PA as well as various special materials. The strips are available with different surface structures, dense or hollow surfaces.
The belt can be provided with different types of carriers and accompanying side edges. It is very easy to change tires completely or partially.
Maintenance-free transmission with worm gear. Can be manufactured in straight or angled design and with curved bands.
Construction and function
Manufactured in widths between 200-2000 mm, lengths between 600-30000mm The
frame consists of a C bent sheet metal profile.
The belt runs on a plastic sliding surface or directly on the plate.
On the return side, the band slides on the folded edges of the sheet metal sides in the lower part. Alternatively, the belt runs on rollers.
Drive is done with the help of a directly mounted worm gear motor.
Technical data
Frame of stainless / lacquered sheet steel. Steel axles with plastic gears.
Plastic lamella chain of Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) or Acetal (POM). Approved according to the EU, FDA and USDA, with different types of belt surface, tight openings etc. and carriers in many designs. For temperatures from -40 to + 150 °. Bands in special designs ex. Antistatic, detectable, high temperature, flame resistant etc.
Worm gear motor 0.12 - 3 kW 230/400 Volt 50hz
Band speed. fixed positions 1-30m / min, alternatively stepless speed with frequency control.
Loads and capacity
Max 200kg / m and 2000kg total load.
Noise level
The equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level does not exceed 70 dB (A).
