INFEED CONVEYORS

When ripping long length stock, an infeed conveyor can be mounted on any new or remanufactured Diehl straight line rip saw. Infeed conveyors are typically provided on rip saws equipped with the “Wise Guide” programmable stock guide. The automatic movement of the lengthened stock guide is by servo motor and the movement is guided on precision linear bearings. An upper crowder roll is also provided to maintain constant contact of the board to the stock guide. Infeed conveyors are available in standard duty and heavy duty production configurations.
