General Description

This system checks to ensure the correct housing and glass is installed before welding via camera vision system. The machine is operated by one person, who loads the on the fixture and presses the start button. If the parts are right, it shuttles in and welds and brings it back to the operator. This system also has a light curtain for safety and a touch screen for ease of changing to different parts.
