General Description

This system fills a container with a precise measurement of fluid then welds the cap on for storage. The machine is operated by two people. One operator unloads a completed part and loads the new container on the fixture, and the other person places the cap on after filling.

This system also incorporates a touch screen for ease of operation. The Filling system is completely automated and uses vacuum assist to speed filling of container. This machine could easily be converted to be run by one operator.
