Designed by EIIT- a Controlar Company to cover a great number of test points and a wide range of PCBA dimensions, our XILS Extended Inline Handling Systems are composed of versatile handlers adapted to different electronic test technologies for PCB assembly and test applications.

These fully automated multi station systems are highly configurable and prepared for future expansion. With a modular concept design, they can be assembled in a serial layout with different multiuse handlers, according to your needs.

The handlers communicate between themselves without the need of additional connecting conveyors mats with barcode scanners and buffer stations, granting a small footprint. The line setup is configurable by software and customized during product setup.
