Machined Stampings

CSS is an expert in applying precision CNC machining to add critical features to complicated stampings. We have the engineering know-how to design very fine details that can be incorporated using our state-of-the-art CNC equipment to complete the stampings. We produce smooth edged windows, slots, and holes in parts where a smooth edge condition is critical. Working on this upfront adds value and reduces manufacturing costs for our customers. In many cases, customers can achieve significant savings by having their basic components made with stampings and then incorporating the more critical features with our CNC machining processes.
