XY force measuring axis

BROSA XY force measuring pins are a further development of the proven BROSA force measuring pins. They enable the resulting force to be determined as a function of the forces in the X and Y direction. The complexity of the design can be further reduced by integrating two measuring systems. This reduces possible parasitic influences to a minimum.

There are different applications in which our force measuring pins are used:

• pulleys
• rope endpoints
• landing gear
• mechanical engineering
• Hydraulic / pneumatic cylinder

In addition to a customer-specific design, our force measuring pins have other features as standard:

• Integrated amplifier (4-20mA, CANopen, optional CANopen Safety)
• Durable design
• Temperature compensated from -40...+80°C
• High EMC resistance of 200V/m 
• No zero point drift, ie no recalibration required 
• Constant accuracy over the entire temperature range
• Design for tensile and / or compressive forces
• Limiting load 150% and breaking load 300% of the nominal load
• Safety classification PL c / SIL 1
• Protection class IP66 / IP67 according to DIN EN 60529
• Calibration in simulated installation situation, including test report

Optionally, our sensors also offer the following advantages:
