BROSA force measuring pins are made of high-quality stainless steel and meet the highest requirements. Depending on the application-specific conditions, the BROSA force measuring pins are designed and manufactured according to different, partially patented, design concepts. By considering the exact installation situation, from the design to the calibration of the sensors, high measurement accuracy is achieved and guaranteed in the long term.There are a wide variety of applications in which our force measuring pins are used:

Force measuring pins offer the advantage that they can often be installed in the existing construction to save space. For example instead of a bolt in fork bearings.

In addition to a customer-specific design, our force measuring pins have other features as standard:

• Integrated amplifier (4-20mA, CANopen, optionally CANopen Safety, PROFINET, optionally PROFINET PROFIsafe)
• Permanent design
• Temperature compensated from -40...+80°C
• High EMC resistance of 200V/m
• No zero point drift, ie no recalibration required
• Constant accuracy over the entire temperature range
