Applications

The electronic control units (ECU) Bondioli & Pavesi allow the realization of multiple functions and are specifically designed to be used in hydraulic systems in mobile and fixed applications, from the simplest systems in terms of computing power required, to specific and customized systems, up to the management of systems where a high computing power is required.

Features

The functional safety requirements comply with ISO13849 and ISO25119 for "Safety Relevant" systems. The inputs and outputs are configurable (multifunction I / O). The control units can be interconnected to existing vehicle systems (eg via CAN network) and interact with them. Diagnostic features such as, for example, safety functions, detection of breakage of electrical connections, detection of short circuits and open circuits, monitoring of outputs and alarm functions are available on all models. The output stages have current feedback and are configurable as ON / OFF or PWM. The outputs have double activation consent. It was developed by B & P a specific software with a very intuitive user interface (PC ECUTuner) for the complete diagnosis of the system and configuration during calibration. They can be implemented through additional components, remote diagnostics and fleet management functions. The containers are IP67 sealed.
