The coating of metallic surfaces requires a system standard that must meet the highest demands. The processes are designed individually for your coating requirements and the system components are coordinated with each other according to the process planning. In addition to the correct pre-treatment of the substrates, the process control plays an important role in the coating of metal parts, for example in the paint booth conditioning.

The use of selected components from competent system partners ensures our consistent quality standard and thus a constant delivery quality of the products for our customers.

For paint mist separation, we use both the traditional water separation with Venturi floor suction or water wall as well as dry paint mist separation systems with stone powder and fine filtering or cardboard filters.
