Depending on the process requirements and the raw substrate, metal workpieces are prepared for the painting process by spraying or dipping.
Typical process steps are, for example, degreasing, activation, zinc phosphating and various rinsing stages. Additional pre-treatment processes such as pickling, nano-coating and conversion coating can also be used.
