CHARACTERISTIC AND USE OF THE DRUM
They are suitable for transporting and storing solid, pasty and semi-liquid products.
All drums are approved for the transport of hazardous materials. By road, rail, air or sea.
The interior of the barrel adapts to the characteristics of each product, different lacquered and vitrified means that drums contain corrosive liquids or highly delicate products.
All the packagings can be supplied by handles, to improve its manipulation, various types (chaps) of plugs and fillings.
Drums can be personalized by means of colours and of screen printings, by offering a product in compliance with the image of the customer.
Materials:
Cold rolled steel, according to EN 10130 (UNE 36-086-75 parte I)
Manufacturing:
A solid body, a bottom joined to the ferrule thanks to doubly stitched joints and a removable lid.
Closures:
A ring – lever in a galvanized iron of 0.8mm. With EPDM rubber assembly 0.6 density, to fix the drum lid.
The lid can incorporate borders and plugs of 2 ” and of ¾ ” (60 and 26 MMS Ø)
Approvals:
ADR, RID, IMCO, IATA, OACI, classes 3, 5.1, 6.1, 8 and 9.
Finishes:
They can be personalized by means of various colours, screen printings, fillings, handles, internal varnishes and palletization.
