Conical Drums
CHARACTERISTIC AND USE OF THE DRUM
The conical drums are beable of transporting and of storing solid and liquid products.
These drums have the particularity of being able to be stored in each other thanks to interlocking housings inside the drums which generates earnings of space, assuming a development of the storage capacity of 225%.
All the packaging are approved for the transport of hazardous materials. By road, by railroad way, air and maritime.
The inside of the barrel adapts itself to the characteristics of every product, various lacquered and glazed ways which allow to contain corrosive liquids or highly delicate products.
All the drums can be supplied by handles, to improve his manipulation, various types of plugs and fillings.
Drums, can be personalized by means of colours and of screen printings, by offering a product in compliance with the image of the customer.
Materials:
Cold rolled steel, according to EN 10130 (UNE 36-086-75 parte I)
Manufacturing:
A solid body, a bottom joined to the shell thanks to doubly stitched joints and a removable lid.
Closures:
A ring – lever in a galvanized iron of 0.8mm. With EPDM rubber assembly 0.6 density, to fix the drum lid.
The lid can incorporate borders and plugs of 2 ” and of ¾ ” (60 and 26 MMS Ø)
Approvals:
ADR, RID, IMCO, IATA, OACI, classes 3, 5.1, 6.1, 8 and 9.
Finishes:
Drums can be personalized by means of various colours, screen printings, fillings, handles, internal varnishes and palletization.
