Ribbon blade bread slicer enables a complete horizontal cutting for all kinds of breads (bun, chapata, panini, croissant...)

Depending on the blade used, the slicer can cut fresh or frozen breads.

Its flexibility enables to handle various kind of breads (see below)

Products can be automatically or manually handled.

PRODUCTS

• Cutting speed up to 250 products / minute, depending on the lenght and kind of the product
• Cutting width for products upde 280 mm
• Lenght of products to be cut up to 1000 mm
• Height of products to be cut up to 150 mm

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• Struture and frame suitable for pressure cleaning  (10 bars)
• Mobile device on wheels with a brake (no fixed foot)
• PU inferior conveyor for product handling during the cutting session (food compatible)
• PU superior belt, maintaining the bread while cutting (height can be adjusted)
• Horizontal ribbon blade enabling net a precise cutting whetevever the ingredients are (fresh or frozen), driven by an asynchronous motor, with variable speed on the touch panel
• Blade height can be adjsuted
• Esay blade removal
• Scraper on the blade.
• Device is enclosed by fenced inox with controled opening system
• Touch panel memorizing up to 99 product formats
