The ultrasound cutting machine ERMA 30C is designed to cut products from bars into slices of adjustable width.

APPLICATIONS

• Products : Cheese, fresh or frozen bakery products, meat products.
• Dimensions : Bar length 600mm, width 200mm, height 140mm max.
• Mechanical speed: 120 cuts / minute.
• Output speed : dependant on the product, and loading / unloading capability of the operator.

OPTIONS

• Extension of the cutting blades in order to position and cut several products simultaneously side by side.
• Automatic ejection of first and last slices.
• Output in: multiple slices, individual slices or collations.
• Automatic paper interleave system.
• Fixed weight cutting by integration of a weigher.
