Very polylavent the machine enebales to hinge cut the sandwich horizontally. Suitable for a wide range for products (baguette, hot-dog, Vienna Bread...) either :

• Totaly cut
• Hinged cut

Change of cutting mode with any tools.

All parameters can be adjuted (height and depth, lenght and thickness, cutting speed, production speed). Setting by touch panel or wheels
