For the UV curing of thick film protective coatings on printed circuit boards / assemblies, as well as other 3D products,e.g. UV thick film protective coating TWIN CURE® from Lackwerke Petersor Dymax Corp. 9481 and other UV curing products.
Execution:
Teflon conveyor belt with suction/air cooling, maximum throughput width 350 mm, throughput height adjustable between 25 and 95 mm, belt speed infinitely adjustable in the range 1:10 eg 2-20 m/min, infinite adjustment of the lamps in the range 30-100% for optimum UV dosage, quick and easy lamp replacement, special reflectors for optimal focusing of the UV rays, integrated control panel with all operating elements and digital belt speed display, easy to service and maintain, exhaust air fan with connection for exhaust air pipes, special version for drying thick-film paints.
Compact control with LCD screen, display of various operating parameters such as UV target value, operating hours, lamp voltage. The controller also monitors: lamp ignition, lamp fuses, run-on time, excess temperature, exhaust air, frequency converter.
At the customer's request, the UV dryers can be equipped with:selective filters and quartz glass panes to reduce the temperature on the product, as well as a PLC computer control.
