These are automatic bandsaw for straight and mitre cuts and miter cuts from 30 degrees to 90 degrees. Each machine has two hydraulic vises: one is a fixed vise and is located close the saw blade; the other is mounted on a movable carriage with a range of 500 mm. Material to be cut is by the vise mounted on the carriage. The PLC (Programmable Logic Control) is made by Telemecanique and provides for up to 10 different cutting programs, including cut length and number of pieces to be cut. With this system, the machine can be programmed for the next schedule even while carrying out the current program. Accuracy of cut length is assured by means of a Newall magnetic measuring scale, which is impervious to dirt, oil, grease , chips and the like. The center of mitre rotation is intersection of the saw blade and the fixed vise jaw; and this insures that there is no change at different angular position. Standard Features:
