Drive system for mobile applications

The b maXXmobil is designed for four-quadrant operation, so it can brake in both directions and regenerate and drive energy. For mobile use, the controller is vibration-resistant and can be used at temperatures between -25° and +65° Celsius. Communication runs via CAN bus, and there are also digital inputs and outputs.

The controller is used in battery-powered vehicles such as electric boats and forklifts, as well as in many battery-powered industrial applications.

The b maXXmobil is suitable, for example, for use as a wheel hub drive with the DSM disc motors, which score points with their compact design, highly dynamic running behavior and low maintenance requirements. Baumüller thus offers a space-saving and high-performance complete solution.
