NWS - needle winding system

Description

The NWS needle winding system is a six-spindle winding system for direct winding of stators with internal or external slots. The design allows a networked, modular control concept based on a Beckhoff PC control. Seven controlled servo axes enable the fully automatic winding of axial and radial connection pins as well as auxiliary pins. The wire laying system is driven by two servomotor axes. Also built in: CNC switching mechanisms for coordinated package positioning and a programmable, servo-controlled, sinusoidally oscillating lifting system. The wire guide nozzles can be pivoted horizontally and vertically; Winding tools can be changed quickly. NWSoffers graphically supported operator guidance via a multi-touch panel and is compact and low-vibration.
