LWS-S - linear winding system for strong wire

Description

With the linear winding system LWS/S, Aumann has developed the first heavy wire machine on the market. It allows the use of wire diameters up to 3.0 mm in an extremely large winding space. The networkable, modular control concept is based on a Beckhoff PC control. The development of the machine was initiated by the electromobility megatrend. With a given vehicle electrical system voltage, high power levels have to be transmitted here. This requires high cross sections. The swivel frame variant (turret head) enables parallel loading and other parallel processes.
